Terms and Conditions
Legacy Marriage — Live
One Woman Man Media, LLC dba Great Marriage Great Life
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
This Terms and Conditions agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between One Woman Man Media, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Great Marriage Great Life (“OWMM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you (“you,” “your,” or “Participant”). It governs your registration for and participation in Legacy Marriage — Live (the “Event” or “Program”), a live, in-person marriage retreat conducted in the State of Arizona, together with your use of www.LegacyMarriageLive.com and any related registration, checkout, or communication systems (collectively, the “Site”), and all related content, materials, and services we make available to you in connection with the Event (collectively with the Site, the “Services”).
BY CHECKING THE BOX AT CHECKOUT, SUBMITTING PAYMENT, OR OTHERWISE REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT REGISTER FOR OR ATTEND THE EVENT.
This Agreement addresses registration and financial terms for the Event. A separate document — covering event conduct, assumption of risk, liability waiver, and consent to the use of photography and video for marketing purposes — will be presented for your signature on-site at the Event and is incorporated by reference once executed.
1. Registration; Eligibility; Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to promptly update that information if it changes. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to refuse, cancel, or decline any registration at any time and for any reason or no reason, including if we reasonably believe the information you provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
If you are registering on behalf of yourself and a spouse or partner who will also attend the Event (each an "Registrant"), both Registrants must individually accept this Agreement — either by each separately checking the acceptance box during online checkout, or, if only one Registrant completes online checkout, by each Registrant separately signing a written acknowledgment of this Agreement on-site before the Event begins. Sections 9 (Guaranty), 21 (Governing Law), 22 (Jury Waiver), 23 (Arbitration; Class Action Waiver), and 25 (Limitation on Actions) apply to and bind a Registrant only if that Registrant has individually accepted this Agreement as described above.
2. Financial Hardship Representation
By registering for the Event, you represent and warrant to us that the fees required for your participation in Legacy Marriage — Live do not place you or your household into financial hardship. You confirm that you have carefully considered your financial circumstances — including your ability to meet your other financial obligations — before registering, and that your decision to register is made freely and without financial duress. We rely on this representation in accepting your registration.
3. Program Content; Right to Modify
Our teaching is intentionally evolutionary. As we continue to learn, research, and gain experience, our understanding of the material we teach continues to develop. Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to add to, revise, update, or otherwise change the curriculum, exercises, presenters, guest experts, materials, and other content of the Event at any time, provided the overall purpose and quality of the Program is preserved.
You further acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right, in our sole and subjective discretion, to adjust the schedule, format, sequencing, or duration of the Event or any portion of it, if we determine that doing so is in the best interest of the majority of participants. Such adjustments do not constitute a material breach of this Agreement and do not, by themselves, give rise to any refund obligation beyond what is expressly set forth in Section 8 (100% Results-Based Guaranty) below.
4. We Are Not Doctors, Financial Advisors, Social Workers, Counselors, or Scientists
We offer no Service intended as a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider, licensed financial advisor, or other appropriate professional with any questions regarding a medical, psychological, or financial concern. If you are in a crisis situation, please seek the help of a qualified professional immediately. The Services are for general informational and educational purposes only, and if you rely on information obtained through the Services, you do so at your own risk.
5. Non-Credentialed Instructors
Tad Horning and Kimberly Horning are not traditionally credentialed marriage or relationship therapists and do not hold degrees in counseling or therapy. Their qualifications as authors and teachers come from decades of personal experience, independent research, and study. You agree that you will not hold them, or OWMM, responsible or liable for you and/or your spouse or partner not attaining or experiencing any particular result from the Event.
6. The Program Is Not for Everyone
The perspectives, principles, and philosophies we teach, and the manner in which we communicate them, are not for everyone. We make no claims as to the probability or likelihood of any participant achieving any particular result. Results are directly related to a couple's willingness, mutual participation, and level of commitment, and there will be individuals and couples for whom the Program is not suitable.
Our programs and Services occasionally discuss mature topics and may include explicit language associated with sex, romance, and intimacy, used deliberately for teaching purposes and emphasis. Participants who are uncomfortable with such content should not register for the Event.
7. Code of Conduct; Right to Remove Participants
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all participants, staff, and vendors. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the Event if, in our good-faith judgment, the participant's conduct is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, illegal, or otherwise materially inconsistent with the spirit and purpose of the Program ("Disqualifying Conduct") — including conduct we believe is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful toward other participants or staff, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit and purpose of the Program. Except where the conduct involves a safety risk, illegal activity, or harassment, OWMM will first give the participant a verbal or written warning and a reasonable opportunity to correct the conduct before removal.
A participant who is asked to leave the Event for Disqualifying Conduct involving safety, illegal activity, or harassment is not entitled to any refund. A participant removed for other Disqualifying Conduct after receiving a warning under this Section will receive a refund of the Refundable Tuition prorated for the full teaching days not attended following removal but is not eligible for the Guaranty in Section 9. In either case, removal does not relieve the participant of any other obligation under this Agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate post event services with Tier 3 Participants if we subjectively feel that we are not a good fit together. This means that at our subjective discretion, we may conclude our services and upon so doing, Participants will receive a pro-rated refund based on the remaining un-used post-event services that include four private 1:1 sessions (valued at $2,000 each) and 3 months of unlimited text support (valued at $78 per day).
8. Pricing, Payment, and Payment Plans
The Event is offered at three pricing tiers — Tier 1 (Foundation), Tier 2 (Signature), and Tier 3 (Sovereign) — each described on the Site at the time of registration. Pricing, included benefits, and payment plan availability for each tier are as stated on the Site, your checkout page, and your confirmation receipt, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Where there is a direct conflict between the Site and this Agreement regarding payment terms, this Agreement governs.
If you register under a payment plan, you agree to timely remit all scheduled payments. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of your registration until payment is brought current, and full tuition remains due regardless of your attendance.
9. Results-Based Guaranty; Refund Policy
We stand behind Legacy Marriage — Live with a Results-Based Guaranty (the “Guaranty”). This Section describes exactly what the Guaranty covers, the conditions you must satisfy to qualify, and how to submit a claim. Please read it carefully before registering.
9.1 What the Guaranty Covers: “Tuition” vs. Included Benefits.
Each pricing tier includes both (a) the core teaching and coaching program (“Tuition”) and (b) additional event benefits — such as food and beverage, lodging, the Black Tie Gala, priority access, private sessions, and post-event support — that are separately identified for each tier on the Site. The Guaranty applies only to the Tuition portion of your payment. The value attributable to food and beverage, lodging, the Gala, and any other included benefits is non-refundable under all circumstances, because those costs are incurred by us and/or the value is delivered to you regardless of the results you experience.
The Tuition Portion refundable under this Guaranty, by tier, is as follows:

Tier 3 (Platinum) exclusive benefit values):
Host table at the Gala - Refundable Value: $0 (FREE BONUS to Platinum Participants).
Private 1:1 sessions - Refundable Value: 4 each @ $2,000 per session (Total value= $8,000).
90 days of unlimited text support: - Refundable Value: $77.78 per day (Total value= $7,000)
All figures above are subject to adjustment by OWMM prior to publication and will be restated on the Site and at checkout for the applicable registration period.
9.2 Conditions to Qualify.
This Guaranty is conditional. To be eligible for a refund of your Refundable Tuition, you and your spouse/partner must, in good faith:
- Attend at least ninety percent (90%) of the scheduled teaching sessions of the Event, as verified by OWMM's sign-in records;
- Complete all assignments and exercises assigned during the Program and submit written confirmation of completion in the form OWMM provides;
- Actively implement the plan, blueprint, and intentions you develop during the Event for no less than three (3) months following the last day of the Event (the “Follow-Through Period”), evidenced by a written 90-day check-in submission in the form OWMM provides; and
- Submit a timely, complete claim as described in Section 9.3 below.
This Guaranty asks you to trust us; in turn, we ask you to trust yourself and to act with integrity. If you choose not to do the work described above, we ask that you be honest with yourself about that choice rather than attribute the outcome to the Program. If one spouse or partner completes the work described above and the other does not fully engage, disengages, or abandons the process, the couple has not satisfied the conditions of this Guaranty, and the couple will not be eligible for a refund on that basis. Both partners are expected to act, and to certify, in good faith.
A participant removed from the Event under Section 7 (Code of Conduct) for Disqualifying Conduct involving safety, illegal activity, or harassment has not completed the Program and is therefore ineligible for a refund under this Guaranty. A participant removed for other Disqualifying Conduct after a warning is not eligible for this Guaranty but may be entitled to the prorated refund described in Section 7.
Because the Follow-Through Period and the claim windows described in Section 9.3–9.4 may extend well beyond the chargeback or dispute deadline set by your card issuer, you acknowledge that your rights under this Guaranty are independent of, and do not extend, any chargeback or dispute deadline available through your payment method.
9.3 How to Submit a Claim.
To request a refund under this Guaranty, you must submit a written request to [email protected] within 15 days after the end of your Follow-Through Period. Your request must include a signed statement, from both partners if applicable, certifying that you satisfied each condition in Section 9.2. We may request reasonable supporting documentation (for example, attendance confirmation or completed assignment materials) to verify your certification. Claims submitted after the deadline above, or that omit the required certification, will not be honored.
9.4 Refund Processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 15 business days of approval. If you registered under a payment plan and have not yet paid the full Tuition amount, any refund will be limited to the Refundable Tuition amount you have actually paid as of the date of approval.
9.5 No Other Refunds.
Except as expressly set forth in this Section 9 and Section 7, all payments to OWMM are final and non-refundable, including in the event you voluntarily withdraw, are unable to attend, or are removed from the Event under Section 7.
10. Event Postponement and Cancellation
If OWMM must cancel or postpone the Event, or any portion of it, due to circumstances outside OWMM’s reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, venue unavailability, government order, public health emergency, or other force majeure event described in Section 20 — OWMM’s first option and preference will be to reschedule the Event to a later date. If OWMM reschedules the Event, your registration and payment will automatically carry forward to the rescheduled date at no additional cost or penalty to you. If OWMM is unable to identify a rescheduled date within twelve (12) months of the original Event date, or elects not to reschedule, you will be entitled to a refund of amounts you have paid, less any costs OWMM has already incurred on your behalf that cannot be recovered or applied to a future date.
11. Photos, Video, and Publicity
A separate document presented and executed on-site at the Event will address your consent to OWMM’s use of photographs and video taken during the Event for marketing and promotional purposes, along with the liability waiver and assumption-of-risk terms applicable to your physical attendance. That document, once signed, is incorporated into and forms part of your agreement with OWMM regarding the Event.
12. Intellectual Property
All text, information, graphics, images, logos, designs, curriculum materials, audio, video, and other content made available to you in connection with the Event (collectively, “OWMM IP”) is owned by OWMM or licensed to OWMM by third parties. You have no rights in or to the OWMM IP beyond your personal, non-commercial use during and for purposes of the Event. You agree that you will not copy, sell, license, retransmit, reproduce, publish, record for redistribution, or create derivative works based upon any OWMM IP, or use OWMM’s name, logos, or trademarks in any advertising or publicity without OWMM’s prior written permission.
13. Site and Communications; User Restrictions
In connection with your use of the Site, you agree that you will: use the Site in a manner consistent with applicable law; not insert malicious code, viruses, or unauthorized scripts into the Site; not engage in conduct intended to disable, overburden, or impair the Site; and not access, monitor, or copy Site content using any automated process without our express written permission.
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information you provide through the Site or in connection with the Event — including registration and payment data, and any financial, health, or relationship information you disclose under Sections 2 and 4 — is described in our Privacy Policy, available at www.LegacyMarriageLive.com/privacy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described there.
14. Marketing; Third-Party Offers
By registering for the Event, you authorize us to market to you other products or services related to marriage, relationships, family, health, and wellbeing, whether ours or those of an affiliate or third party. If we have an affiliate relationship with a third party and you purchase from them, we may receive a commission. We are not responsible or liable for any product or service offered by a third party.
15. SMS Messaging Terms
Your consent to receive SMS messages is captured through a separate, affirmative opt-in checkbox at checkout and is not required as a condition of registering for the Event or purchasing any Services. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive informational text messages related to your registration, Event reminders, and service updates from One Woman Man Media, LLC dba Great Marriage Great Life. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and related data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy (see Section 13) and will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your separate consent.
16. Termination
OWMM reserves the right to terminate, restrict, or decline your registration for any breach or suspected breach of this Agreement, with or without notice, subject to the refund terms expressly set forth in Section 9. Unless otherwise expressly stated, cancellation of your own registration is your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Services, other than as provided in Section 9.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN SECTION 9 (100% RESULTS-BASED GUARANTY), WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND GRANT NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK OF LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT.
18. Limitation of Liability and Release
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR OWNERS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION.
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF OWMM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO OWMM FOR THE EVENT. IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED, THE MAXIMUM DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE STATUTORY LIMIT.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold OWMM harmless against any losses, expenses, costs, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Services.
20. Force Majeure
OWMM shall not be considered in breach of this Agreement on account of any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligation caused by an act of God, fire, war, act of terrorism, insurrection, riot, labor disturbance, equipment malfunction, government regulation or interference, or other event not within OWMM’s reasonable control. Section 10 governs the specific remedies available to you if the Event itself is postponed or cancelled for such a reason.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement, and any dispute arising from or relating to it or to the Event, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. OWMM is a Colorado limited liability company, and by offering and conducting the Event in Arizona, OWMM consents to Arizona law governing this Agreement notwithstanding its state of formation.
22. Waiver of Jury Trial
You hereby irrevocably waive your right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement or the Event.
23. Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Except that either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona to preserve the status quo pending arbitration, and except for OWMM's claims relating to nonpayment, all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Event shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and Consumer Due Process Protocol then in effect.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision — including any claim that all or part of it is void or voidable — shall be decided by the arbitrator, not a court.
Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and OWMM each waive the right to bring or participate in a class action, and, consistent with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, your responsibility for arbitration filing and administrative fees will not exceed the filing fee for a comparable claim in Maricopa County Superior Court; OWMM will pay all remaining AAA administrative and arbitrator fees, subject to the arbitrator's authority to award fees and costs to a prevailing party under Section 24.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to OWMM at the address in Section 27 within thirty (30) days after the date you first accept this Agreement. Timely opt-out will not affect your registration, pricing, or any other term of this Agreement, and will not be held against you in any way.
24. Attorneys’ Fees and Costs
In any arbitration, proceeding, or action to enforce or interpret this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, as fixed by the court or arbitrator.
25. Assignability; Waiver; Severability; Survival; Limitation on Actions
This Agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned without OWMM’s prior written consent. No waiver of any default shall be deemed a waiver of any prior or subsequent default. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution provisions — shall survive. Any claim arising out of this Agreement or the Event must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred; this limitation applies equally to claims brought by OWMM, except for claims to collect unpaid amounts due under a payment plan, which may be brought at any time permitted by applicable law.
26. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Site as posted at the time of your registration, our Privacy Policy referenced in Section 13, and the separate on-site document referenced in Section 11 once executed, constitutes the entire agreement between you and OWMM regarding the Event and supersedes any prior understandings. OWMM may amend this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy prospectively for future registrations by posting an updated version on the Site.
